The small house is ideally located and very cozy and authentic inside. Though everything is a bit crooked and there were sheets hanging on the drying rack when we arrived, this did not bother us. The hostess was very accommodating and responded quickly to our messages. Upstairs, there is a sweet, small balcony where we had breakfast on the first morning, though it was a bit tight. Since there were just two of us, we moved the dining table to the ground floor, where we had a nice, bright dining room. The kitchen and bathroom are on the lower floor, which is a bit dark. Despite this, the living area on the first floor was very cozy, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare some meals ourselves. The area has many small shops and restaurants catering to both tourists and locals, and it's particularly worth exploring the side streets. All in all, we felt very comfortable and didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend it.

Last question was : was ceren place woth what you paid, I believe not, because it worth more . The place is like everything i ever wished for even though I am super tall, everything from the instructions till we checked out , we felt like ceren was with us in the apartment because she was super responsive and nice , and everything that doesn’t match what we wanted, there was alternatives , everything was calculated right and felt like a hotel not just a place u rent, the best thing about ceren that she takes super care for each small detail and put it in consideration to fix it right it away, I’ve seen a comment saying the shower is hard to use but it was ok for me as a tall person, I recommend this place and definitely will rent it in my next visit to turkey

Ceren is a charming person and a hospitable host, whenever I texted her she replied within an hour, and whenever there was an issue she solved it as soon as possible. As other guests mentioned this building is a three floor antic decorated house. The first floor is a well equipped kitchen, bathroom included a small shower which is good for your stay as guest ,the second floor included a closet and two beds, entrance door located here, the third floor is shiny with a big king sized bed and closets also TV, and a small balcony, We were there for 20 days and we had access to extra blankets pilows and clean sheets. The environment of Balat is magical with cafés and restaurants ,colorfull buildings, supermarkets, fruiteries, special souvenir stores, and has access to Tram , Bus , Seabus so you can visit all the historical monuments,  bazars and malls with Istanbul card. I recommend this building and I will come back soon. Hajar

كانت إقامة رائعة و المنزل مرتب و نظيف رائحة حلوة يكفي بحد أقصى 4 أشخاص كان المضيف سريع الاستجابة و مرنة يتكون المنزل من 3 طوابق و المنطقة هادئة و كل شي سهل الوصول اليه و المواصلات قريبة

I was here for 10 days. The place was located in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of cafes and local restaurants around and also pretty close to public transport. The house was clean and comfy. Ceren was really responsive and respectful. We had a problem with the fridge and she had people coming to fix it pretty quick. Overall I would recommend this accommodation.
