首先，我要向Pablo和Katarine他们的热情招待和细心表示衷心感谢！其次房子位于pocito核心位置，距离海滩和购物中心近在咫尺，非常便利！房子为封闭式小区，安保工作和治安都非常的好！屋内有两间卧室，客厅，卫生间非常整洁干净，我自己对卫生有一定的要求的！厨房设备齐全，房子被房东打理的很温馨，舒适，入住灵活便利，完全没有让你担心的方面！毫无疑虑我找到了下次回来要住哪里的地方！ 我非常推介…….！！！

Katarine was an amazing host the place is nice and excellent location. She was friendly, the place was clean and she was very helpful communicating. The only thing I suggest it’s to add an extractor to the bathroom, the mirrors got wet all the time and got wet all over. The internet it’s better since the co work place it’s up front to move it there or add an extender. Overall was a great experience did not affect our stay but will help other guests to improve their experience. I know the host takes all recommendations very seriously and I am sure she can change this very easily. Thanks again!!!

Prime Montevideo location, building was beautiful and security was excellent. Apartment was comfortable, TV had Netflix, Prime, YouTube, but you have to log in under your account. Katarine was easy to communicate with, she replaced the existing worn out bed sheet, that had gritty little balls that felt like sand paper with 1 new bottom sheet. This was the only set we had to stay 31 days. Bathroom shower walls had visible soap scum, the bottom of the plastic shower curtain was dirty with mold and mirror had water and toothpaste drippings. There was lots of dust under the bed, including a lighter, chairs had stains, even found dried food in between sofa cushions. The L/R plug was loose, can't plug anything because the whole outlet comes out exposing cables. The stove dials had no markings indicating settings for burners, oven, temperature, time. I think these issues are easily fixed with just better cleaning practice and maintenance as they don't require much effort or money.

Hermosa experiencia alojarnos en el apartamento de Katarine. Además de que todo se encontró perfecto y tal cual lo publicado, nos esperaban cosas ricas para merendar y todo lo necesario para que solo tuviéramos que desarmar valijas y disfrutar.
