Blocked toilet from previous guest & premises had not been cleaned on arrival. VERY noisy building. Cigarette smoke smell present when accessing & exiting AirBnB in addition to noticeable sewerage smell inside unit. Biba’s communication however could not be faulted and she responded very quickly to getting some issues (plumber) sorted. I guess my overall take is that I was disappointed.

Biba’s place fit our needs perfectly! The location was great with lots of transportation options close by as well as great food choices easily accessible. Biba was very helpful and communicative!

Wonderful location, a short walk to Mayfair, SoHo, Hyde Park, slightly longer walk to Notting Hill or Kensington. Waitrose market is practically downstairs. Do avail yourself of the Lebanese culinary offerings nearby. Good size for two people. Mattresses a little concave, not conducive to non-marital sleeping arrangements. Friendly concierge downstairs. Quiet building. Top floor unit, be sure to pull the blinds before going to bed.

This is second time I stay in Biba's place. Again it was really good. Biba was excellent at communicating and being available for any questions. As I mentioned before her place is real convenient with stores, transport, and restaurants close by. Will stay again!

Ideally located few minutes’ walk from Marble Arch, Edgware Road and Paddington stations, with easy access to all local amenities and shopping facilities of Marylebone, Oxford Street and the West End. The green spaces of the Hyde park are few minutes away.
Just north of Hyde Park, numerous boutiques, designer shops and restaurants reside in Connaught Village and it is often referenced as a hidden gem. Famous shoemaker Jimmy Choo was previously located here. Tony Blair, former leader of the Labour Party and Prime Minister, also lived in Connaught Square.
Lots of local pubs and restaurants just round the corner in the famous Seymour Street, Upper Berkley Street and in the historic Tyburnia. The area is buzzing with top restaurants and bars Italian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean.

There is a free parking on a single yellow line Mon - Sat after 6:30pm and Sunday all day.
