Beautiful location right on the Tuggerah lake waterfront. A public pathway all around the lake is right outside the back gate, and it's a great spot for fishing, kayaking, playing with children and dogs. The house itself is functional and pleasant with a very spacious block. We did find that the cleaners did not do a thorough job, there were dead cockroaches in the living areas and the kitchen, no top sheets were provided, cleaning supplies generally were not well stocked, and there were only three dishwasher tablets. The backyard was large and pleasant but also a little unkempt. A very nice location and we had a fantastic time sitting on the deck watching the sunset. The host allowed dogs and was very helpful and communicative. Overall it was good value for money in a very nice location.

Its really old house toilets are not clean so many thing need for repair.

The rooms where lovely and home was very neat. However, on arrival it was obvious that the home had been superficially cleaned. The floors were dirty and there was a lot of hair on the carpets and behind doors. There was not even a mop or any kind of tool to clean up or wipe surfaces. The kitchen included the bare necessities. Not even an oven dish or tongs for the barbecue. We had to go to the shops to buy some basics to cook and wash up. The dustbins had not been taken out in a while so there was no space for our garbage. This was communicated to and resolved with the host. The home is beautifully located on the water with beautiful walks along the water. This would be better enjoyed if the grass was cut. It is too high to access the path from the house.

Nice location
