We had a pleasent stay in the Villa. The neighborhood was quiet and location perfect! Easy to drive around the island. 😊
The house perfectly matched the pictures. Everything was as expected. Tom answered any questions very quickly. There was some small misunderstanding on arrival about the keys (we had to go pick then up at a nearby office) but other than that everything was good!
We had a really good time at Sandra's and Tom's place. Tom was very responsive and took quick action when needed. House is very spacious (although two of the 2nd floor bedrooms are noticeably smaller than the one with the bathroom) and great for family holidays, swimming pool was amazing and we also enjoyed lovely evenings on both terraces (upper one with a stunning view btw). House was well equipped with anything needed. On one day we were lacking water for pretty long time, which was due to some maintenance work on the street but Tom made sure to get us the latest updates. We also had some troubles with cleaniness of the house and baby crib, but once reported Tom took quick action and made sure that the cleaning company appeared the next day doing the extra cleaning and replacing the crib. We also had troubles with finding the pickup place for keys as the address was a bit wrongly marked on the map, but we managed to find it and again, Tom made sure everything went fine. Thank you!
If you are in Tenerife and want to feel at home but with the services of a luxurious hotel, you absolutely must stay in this beautiful house. Tom and Sandra are really wonderful and friendly and very helpful in anything you need. The villa was equipped with everything you need and is perfect for 10 people. It will certainly be my choice if I ever return to Tenerife. Thank you very much for everything
We have just returned from a wonderful week here.The house was perfect for us a family of 5. Kids were delighted with the pool ,pizza oven and good WiFi!! Kitchen has every amenity ,cinema a great bonus too. Sandra and Tom were super easy to contact and helpful with every question Sun around the pool all day lots of places to relax and soak up the sun. we hope to return and would therefore highly recommend it.
