Beautiful views in Ko Olina! Denice was a great host with a quick response to any questions or issues we had. Plenty of space for a large family. We loved the balcony overlooking the sunrise and pools in the mornings. The only issue we had with the house was the dryer takes a really long time since it’s not vented. No fault of the host or owner just wouldn’t plan on doing a lot laundry during your stay. Great spacious Fridge, great TV. Comfortable beds and a really quick elevator were the amenity highlights. We enjoyed this relaxing part of Oahu. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

The location of this unit is amazing. Right over the pool, but high enough that you get a great view of the ocean. Sunsets were amazing. And sunrises on the master bedroom lanai gave a great view of the mountains and golf course. Unit was stocked with lots a amenities, including beach chairs and umbrella, snorkel gear, and body boards. Definitely recommend. One thing to note is that this is not a resort, but rather private residences. But, they have nice pools, fitness center, and a (very expensive) bar by the pool with live music 5 days a week. Access to all facilities are restricted to owners and guests, which is nice.
Beautiful condo with a spectacular view and plenty of space. The Beach Villas is a terrific location for a young family. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the lagoon is the best of the four with regards to peacefulness and space. The other guests and staff were always polite and respectful. We parked two cars with easy in and out for dining and shopping. Excellent location and amenities- we will be back!
Enjoyed the peaceful setting, away from the typical tourist centers. It wasn't overcrowded like Waikiki hotels or even the properties next door. The penthouse was great, pool was excellent for kids, and couldn't get enough of the beach lagoon!

My husband and I have been living in Hawaii for more than 18 years. We invested in KoOlina 12 years ago. The Beach Villas was our home residence for many years before our family started growing and we needed more space. At that time we decided to share our beautiful beach villa with you. I am originally from Venezuela, educated in Germany with a degree in Economics. I have been a Realtor in Hawaii for more than eleven years. I also have extensive expertise in luxury vacation ownership with the two leading companies in the hospitality industry, Marriott and Hilton. I am very lucky to have joined Island Living Homes to manage our clients' investments properties. We absolutely love the KoOlina resort community and we can truly say that this resort is a 'place of joy'!
