Hannah's place was very convenient. It's clean and the caretaker is very friendly. I will definitely visit again should I need to be around the area

I had a bad experience regarding the place . From the time I booked , I made sure that I communicate with the host and ask necessary questions if “hubbly” was acceptable and checking in which she replied and said “yes it’s acceptable and she can’t wait to host my partner and I & from there she went mute on me . She failed to let me know that they didn’t have electricity prior to me getting there . Don’t even get me started about the villa that we were given . It looked like nothing that was advertised. The place was dusty. Dirty mop, kitchen , bathroom, bedroom had no headboard . Linens had stains and the sofa looked like someone had slept there before we arrived. When I enquired I was told that the villa I booked was booked ! We were so sad because I booked Hannah’s place because of the aesthetics and the good reviews. The caretaker was rude and not patient. Thankfully the airbnb customer service is top tier . They refunded my money back because I had evidence of how everything was !

Hannah's place was very clean and lovely. The check-in process was seamless and I was welcomed well. All amenities were available and functional. I would definitely book again.

Hannah's place is a beautiful spacious self catering unit. I had a beautiful stay there. Definitely a place I would revisit. Hannah responds promptly to any communication. Though the place is attached to the main house it is still very private.
