If you've dreamed of an affordable, private villa with amazing views, a pool, and access to a private beach; look no further. Villa Bon Bini is perched on the highest part of the hill overlooking the ocean at Cas Abou resort. It's tucked away, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for long relaxing days beside the pool with an expansive ocean vista. This villa is a walled, private two story home. The pool is upstairs, part of the wrap around porch. On the first floor is a bedroom with two single beds, one full bathroom, laundry room, and two living room areas (one with a tv). The upstairs is where you will find the amazing 180 degree views of the ocean through huge picture windows and sliding doors. You walk up the stairs into one large main room with vaulted ceiling which is an open concept kitchen, living, dining area. On either side of this room are the two master bedrooms, each with king size bed and attached full bathroom. Each room has a private sliding door to the wrap around porch with pool. When you choose to rent Villa Bon Bini, you will have the whole place to yourself.

The house- the pictures are accurate. It's beautiful. It's located in a private community with a guard from 9-5 and then a gate with a code after hours. Very safe. The bedrooms have air conditioning and the main living areas get really good airflow with the house being up on a hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea. We stayed for 4 nights, cooked at the house for 2 of them and went out for the other 2. It has everything needed to cook. We enjoyed every second of our visit. The host Alex is extremely communicative and is just a really pleasant person to deal with. He helped us with rental cars as well and went above and beyond with that as well. If we are ever on island again I will first reach out to him for any house or car needs 100%
We had a fantastic time with our friend during our stay. Alex is a fantastic host and was very prompt to any of our needs. Beautiful view for sunsets.
If I could give Alex a 6 I would. He was responsive, informative & always there when needed. However the house was just ok. The furniture was not comfortable at all, the kitchen was mediocre & staying cool wasn’t easy. There was a dryer but it did not work well. Thankfully putting laundry on a drying rack worked well with the wonderful breeze. There were no drapes on the main living space area, so keeping that area cool was impossible. Again thank goodness for the breeze & the large outside areas. Plan on paying extra for electricity even if you only cool the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable & the mini split did keep the bedrooms cool. The house needs a serious upgrade, windows, furniture, appliances (except the refrigerator which was great) & window treatments to block the heat from the sun. The pool was fantastic. Alex kept it sparkling clean. The views from the house were amazing.
We had such a wonderful stay. The place was very accommodating for two families with babies, and Alex was always willing to help and very responsive. We will definitely be back!
