Luis was easy to work with/great communicator and met us to do a walkthrough. The unit is spacious and fit my family of 5 too well; We were spoiled! Things were very clean. A/C in every bedroom. Beds were medium to firm which I liked. Appliances knew and functioned great. Gated road and a security guard that saw patrolling at night, though it felt very secluded and probably unnecessary. The community pool was amazing, and we skipped a beach day the last day just to hang out there the whole afternoon. We had the whole pool to ourselves w/ just 2 other couples stopping by briefly. Sunsets from that balcony in the evening were magical, and hearing the howler monkeys in the distance in the early am were highlights. This place is ideal if you want a quiet and luxurious unit with all the amenities. If you want to be close to the beach, know that you will have to drive 10-30 min to get to one. That was the only downside for some members of my group. For me, it was a great location

Tuvimos una estadia esplendida. la casa muy linda con unas vistas increíbles del golfo del pacifico. es muy lindo el entorno y seguro. la pasamos muy bien y muy cómoda la casa. Luis estuvo atento a todas nuestras preguntas. super recomendarle.
Luis and his wife were excellent hosts. They prepared a wonderful Costa Rican dinner for us on our arrival and we’re always quick to respond to any of our requests. The pools and surrounding grounds were very clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The towns of Hermosa and Coco are nearby but you definitely need a car.
Great place to stay. The condo is spacious and very well kept. Beautiful ocean view. Private and quiet. Well kept swimming pool. Not super walkable but easy 5-10min drive to the beach.
