Our B&B in Parrano Italy was situated in a beautiful medieval town. Our B&B was amazing, very clean, very spacious with a door that opens with a balcony with a beautiful view of the valley below! You can also dry your laundry out there once washed in their machine available. On the beautiful sunny days you can walk down the street to the cafe and have cappacino and a dessert and sit inside or outside in a beautiful area set up…then walk down the charming streets lined with stone homes to see another amazing view overlooking more of Parrano and the valley.

Ruim huis met grote slaapkamers en woonkamer. Alleen in de keuken oppassen voor je hoofd. Keuken voorzien van allerlei praktisch. Badkamer met douche prima in orde. Helaas geen balkonmeubilair, terwijl dat een prachtige plek is om te verblijven. Zeer sympathieke bar, met zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Praktische winkel met brood etc. Eigen vervoer noodzakelijk.

Wij hebben 4 hele fijne dagen gehad in Parrano. Het is een prachtig authentieke Italiaanse borgo. Leuk appartement en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De caffetteria is op loopafstand van het appartement. Hier kun je heerlijke cappuccino drinken of een geweldige pizza eten die wordt bereid door de eigenaresse van deze zaak. Hele vriendelijke mensen in het dorp. Een auto is noodzakelijk om de omgeving te verkennen en een bezoek aan Orvieto is een echte aanrader. Francesco was zelf niet aanwezig maar Fabrizio, de zoon van Francesco heeft alles perfect geregeld samen met zijn vrouw. Wij werden door haar zeer vriendelijk verwelkomd in het appartement. Fabrizio is zeer behulpzaam geweest in het uitzoeken van dingen waar wij niet uitkwamen. De communicatie verliep fantastisch. Dank Fabrizio voor je geweldige ondersteuning.

Great location, beautiful views and the little village of Parrano is stunning. Very small and isolated so you need a car and you need to speak a little Italian to get by. The lack of wifi and phone signal was a pain for my friend who had to work a little during our stay. But for some this might be a rather nice thing. Check in was good, you have to ring Fabio who only speaks Italian and then a lady who also only speaks Italian came to show us the place. She was lovely, she even bought us fire lighters for the fire place which was a very nice gesture and the fireplace was great. Also the cleaning of the fireplace after use is included so it was nice not to have to do that at the end of our stay! Fabro is just down the road and it’s a great little place with a decent amount going on, you can also get a train direct to Rome for about €8 so it’s super convenient. Also if you are into driving there are some pretty great tight and twisty roads. Just be careful of the wild boar… and the other somewhat questionable drivers about. If your after a nice place for dinner La Locanda di Desideria was amazing. Definitely worth going to. All in all it was a great stay and we’re very grateful to have been able to stay. And fantastic value.
