Be careful when booking this location-- don't book it!!!!! I booked my stay with this rental in Bonita Springs to start yesterday and last 30 days. I received confirmation via text the night before when I booked, and two more times the morning of the reservation start date. Later in the day, I received a phone call from a person who is not Grant, the listed owner, stating that my reservation is not available for check in until a day later. I needed to find my own place to stay for the night, but I agreed because I was in need of housing for the month due to my job. Then, when I called back to ask a question about the paperwork, a new person answered the phone and said that my reservation was cancelled completely. I started looking and found new housing arrangements. Then she called back ten minutes later saying she made a mistake, and the person in charge of my reservation was on his lunch break and would be back to fix it in two hours. When I said that she cancelled and therefore I was owed a refund, the company running this rental was nonresponsive. They wouldn't answer me when I asked what company they were until the third phone call when they admitted they were from "Resort Rental Pros." Airbnb said they weren't even listed on the property as co-hosts and the number they were contacting me from was not on the account. AirBnb reached out to Grant several times at the contact information that they had on file, and he never answered, so thankfully they issued me a full refund for the cancellation. Please please please be careful when booking this listing, and also when working with this company in general. I was almost left without a home for the foreseeable future!
