Your family/friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located space in rural Malvern. It sits next door to Art Church Iowa, 1 block from Main St and 2 blocks from the Wabash Trace Nature Trail. Art House is a Gallery to Zack Jones’ paintings and can be used in conjunction with Art Church Weddings. Zack hosts Studio414 Airbnb & Art Church Iowa Airbnb both within a block and share the same alley. The Art House is a 3 bedroom with full kitchen, living room, and art gallery(with work desk). There is 1 large restroom and 1/2 bathroom attached to a bedroom. The Art House has oil paintings adoring the walls and places to sit and write or read your next novel. There is also an outdoor patio with fire pit. Main Street is 1/2 block away! The Saturday Malvern Concert Series mId June-mid Aug is across the street!

I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the Art House. It was clean, tidy, comfortable, beautiful, farmhouse feeling with beautiful art pieces. It gives you home with culture. Zach was extremely friendly, and responded quickly with any questions. The location is everything, the church next door is exceptional and the tree Sculptures in town were phenomenal. Thank you again!

Great little house in a great little town. Plenty of room and all the appliances that you need.

Art House Iowa sits on the corner with brick streets. Less then 1 block from Main St which means you can walk to the cafes and bar when they are open. Art House doesn't have neighbors right next door! It sits next to Art Church Iowa which is also an Airbnb, a family vacation home that sits empty most of the time, an old lumber yard that is used as a families hobby shop, and a parking lot that clears out by 5p.
This is a rural community. Malvern pretty much shuts down on Sunday except the bar in the afternoon. Covid wiped out all breakfast options except Caseys General Store. Our local Grocery Store burned down but will be rebuilt in 2023. ~Sounds like a country song!
Art House is a convenient location 1/2 a block up a hill from Main St. Parking is on Prospect Ave next to the Airbnb's east entrance/next to the steps.

I'm a small town advocate that relocated from Cave Creek Arizona in 2006. Since then I've organized art shows, concerts, and a seasonal farmer's market. I'm also a Wabash Nature Trail advocate. I work towards creating a destination and see the arts and recreation as an avenue. Visitors staying @Art Church Iowa reinforce this.
