What a fantastic place! Helen was a great host, very efficient in responding. She went out of her way to make our stay amazing. The little touches in the house like wine, chocolates, tea, milk etc were all a welcome sight when we arrived after a long journey. She even put the Christmas tree up! The house itself its lovely. so clean, spacious and well equipped. We cooked 'Christmas dinner' for 12 and the kitchen had everything we needed, even 2 fridges so we had plenty of space for all the food and drink. We spent most our time sat around the huge dining table! The beds were so comfortable, the house so warm, we all felt like we were at home. The location is stunning with beautiful views, but it is in the countryside/middle of no-where. This was perfect for us as we just wanted to spend time as a family, but for others it might be too remote. But if you love walking you will be in your element. What more can I say? if you're a large family or group and want a home from home, this is the place! Thank you Helen!

Stayed for two nights, the host was excellent. The accomodation was very spacious and comfortable for our group of three families. One of the comfiest beds i have ever slept in! Met and exceeded the our expectations, beautiful views in a wonderful part of the world. We would highly recommend and certainly return!

Wow what a find. Such stunning scenery and location. There was a party of 10 of us 8 adults and 2 children. My son spend all his time playing in the lovely garden. Such personal touches such as wine and chocs for guests - thanks Helen. So clean and everything you would need from a holiday rental. We explored local area and such an amazing part of the UK that none of us have ever visited. Hope to be back.
