a series of discrepancies between the advertisement on Airbnb and the actual condition of the property upon my arrival, as well as inadequate service from the property manager. Upon my stay, I encountered the following issues: One of the toilets was out of service. There was a missing bed that was supposed to be provided. The shower on the first floor was defective. The canopy on the ground floor was inoperable. There were metal constructions present from the basement to the roof floor, which was not mentioned in the listing and posed a safety concern. Additionally, the property manager was unresponsive to multiple calls and emails seeking assistance.

Si no quieren ser engañados mejor eviten esta casa, dicen que hay 3 baños pero al llegar ahí te dice que uno no se puede usar, si lo usas pierdes la fianza… increíble, 2 habitaciones de abajo son un sótano con camas, de armarios o un sitio para colgar la ropa nada, la palabra que mejor lo describe es un zulo. Hay que pagar por sábanas y luz aparte, también fianza que luego hay que reclamar varias veces para que te lo devuelvan. La persona de contacto se lava las manos en todo diciendo que es cosa del propietario, pero ella es la encargada… Le dices que el lavavajillas no funciona y te dice que es cosa del propietario. Para evitar disgustos, mejor evitar este alojamiento

About the location, nothing to say, just wonderful. You have to be more clear in your description about the house.Clearify that all the mattress dont have linen at all,and also there was stained,which was unpleasant to see.The bathrooms without paper toilets,not even one ,not a soap or hand towel.This are things that your guests need at least until are able to buy themselves. This is, in my opinion something that you should think about it .The house looked clean on a first view but definitely there is more work to do ,in special the bathrooms which weren't very clean. By the end of our staying ,when the host come to do the checkout ,i did a tour of the house with them and was shocking to see that they checked the toilets to see if they where dusty ,in the condition that i was the one who clean them from the first day and to not forget that we paid 180 euro for the cleaning .Except all of this ,we had a nice holiday and we enjoyed our stay there

Estoy muy satisfecha con la ubicación del lugar. Es una casa tranquila con el tram a 10 minutos caminando por lo que era fácil moverse. El hospedaje muy limpio al recibirlo.

Es difícil contactar con la agencia Novasol y hacen muy poco caso. A pesar de lo que pagamos no había elementos básicos de higiene como pueden ser el papel higiénico, jabón o utensilios de limpieza. Han bloqueado la fianza por salir 15 mins tarde
