We had a great stay in Recco. The host and owner were nice and helpful. Paying gas and electricity separately is weird and quite expensive. It really adds up (at least in the winter). Overall we still would recommend. The company Novasol was incredibly rude to me, bad at responding, and lied about the process. If all goes well you luckily don’t need to contact them.

Magnifique endroit avec jolie vue sur Recco et la mer. Belles chambres joliment aménagées. Grand espace extérieur avec joli jardin et terrasse. Parfait pour un séjour à plusieurs familles. Espace intérieur commun un tout petit peu étroit (pour 13 personnes). Seul bémol: communication difficile avec l'agence avant l'arrivée. Mais Walter le propriétaire a été super accueillant, serviable et réactif tout au long du séjour.

Antonionetta was so helpful and very responsive to anything we needed. Communication was perfect and the Villa was absolutely incredible. Perched on the hill overlooking Recco and the Mediterranean Sea, this was truly an incredible stay. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. The local town was only a short walk down the hill and we all felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here, you will not regret it. Looking forward to coming back!

Es handelt sich im Grunde um zwei Gebäude mit einem schönen, gemütlichen und gepflegten Garten inkl. Pool und toller Aussicht! Auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, nichts war kaputt und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Recco (und auch der Bahnhof) ist zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Weg ist aber schon eher steil und teils steinig. Es empfiehlt sich ein Auto zur Verfügung zu haben, auch für etwaige Einkäufe. Wir waren 4 Paare mit 3 kleinen Kindern und dafür war das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Die Bilder zeigen das Haus wie es ist. Die Preise schwanken recht stark. V.a. sollte man die Nebenkosten nicht übersehen. Die 20€ Verbrauchspauschale pro Tag wird an den Strom & Gasverbrauch angerechnet. Neben dem Hausherr Valter (der das Haus bis 2022 als B&B betrieben hat - die Website findet man noch) gibt es nun Novasol & eine weitere Ansprechperson vor Ort. Alles wurde professionell abgewickelt. Klare Empfehlung! Wir würden wieder buchen. Danke!
