Very nice apartment, nicely decorated. Close to Tulum center and fully equipped. Secure compound.

The place was nice, however it would need a bit of a renovation. The pool is a bit smaller than it seems on the pictures but also nice. The host was very fast responding all of our questions, it is worth the price!

It is really a very nice apartment and located in a very safe area. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool is really nice! The hosts were friendly and responsive. A scooter or car is recommended to get around the area. Only thing to mention is that some towels and pillows were not entirely clean and the WiFi is somewhat weird, as e.g. social media videos were loading very fast but anything else (internet search, Airbnb chat, insta message) was extremely slow and worked better with a bad mobile service. Overall definitely to recommend!
