Location, location, location. Right across the street from the beach. 13 minute walk to the Port. 15 minute walk to the center of town. The traffic noise during the day is non stop. At night it calmed down. The view from the front room is great if you are standing. If you are sitting, the window frame will obstruct the view. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Antonio was very responsive through what's app. Always helpful and friendly.

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick mit 3 geräumigen Schlafzimmern. Das Zentrum von Málaga ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio verlief unkompliziert. Bei Fragen antwortet er direkt und erweist sich sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen sehr zu empfehlen.

Irish couple, travelled with three children. Antonio was a great host, getting back to us very quickly when asked about restaurants or amenities. This accommodation is in perfect location, we travelled with 3 children under 5 and we wanted to be near the beach and in walking distance of town, this property was perfect. Beach is literally across the road. The accommodation was spotless and spacious. The front area faces the beach with massive windows, great views. Highly recommend and we will be returning to Antonio’s property.

Gorgeous view of the ocean, we loved sitting in the sunroom and watching the ocean and all the people on the boardwalk. Check in was super easy, the host was available by chat all the time. Very quick to respond to my questions. Apartment was a 15 min walk into the old downtown of Malaga and about 10 mins from the pier/port area. Grocery store 2 blocks away very convenient. Restaurant right across the street was fantastic, great seafood. Spacious apartment, very clean, gave our family lots of space to spread out during our week. Quiet at night. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. It’s a 15 minute walk to the centre but prime beach access. Antonio was incredibly communicative. We had a significant issue with the shower our first day but he was there within the hour to fix and had it repaired promptly. Flat is perfect for families but make sure you give the first bedroom to the early bird. Kitchen has thoughtful gestures like a few welcome tea bags and coffee but could stand to add a few basics (salt and pepper, olive oil). Lovely flat directly across the beach. We’ll be back!
