This property is fairly new construction built in Nov 2021 with an open floor, large windows and a 1000sq ft deck. The master bedroom is spacious with large windows, lots of sunshine and water views. It has an attached master bath with double sinks, standing shower and soaking tub. We provide all toiletries so that you can carry light. This includes high quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up remover wipes, body cream, ear buds and more. We have added a sofa bed with trundle to take care of your additional sleeping needs. There is another bedroom opposite the master bedroom with a queen bed. PLS NOTE you are booking the Main Floor of the home which gets you access to everything that is listed and shown in the pictures. The upper floor of the house will remain locked and there will be no one else accessing the property during your stay. Any special requests for any specific small appliances or baby/toddler items can usually be met. We have 1GB high speed internet and a 60" TV , lots of books, boardgames, indoor and outdoor games to keep you & your group entertained for hours. Smart TV comes with Netflix Premium, Amazon Prime Video, Disney, Apple TV+, Paramount+, ESPN and Hulu. We have a ping pong table, basketball hoop, ladder ball and foosball in the covered garage. We provide portable heaters to keep the garage warm during colder months. Traveling with little ones can be a handful, so leave that to us, we have high chair, baby gate, stroller, kids dishware for your use. If you need anything else, let us know.
