perhaps it was just the unit I stayed in, but the upgrades were not as thorough as I expected. basically the bed was replaced and some things got a coat of paint, but when looking for just a bit longer things were still pretty rough around the edges. the WiFi was not really working and I didn't like that the instructions given were to call the WiFi company myself. finally, the address provided in the Airbnb app and in the message from the host was incorrect and took me to an address in a residential neighborhood. given the limited affordable options in town, it's decently priced but perhaps not the cute, charming, updated motel I had expected or experienced in other places in the area.

This place was perfect location and a good price. However there was mold in the shower and everything was pretty run down and dirty

The beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of privacy and respect for the guests. Little fridge was roomy, which was a nice surprise. Shower water temperature was tricky. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
