3 chambres - 3 salles de bain - 2 WC. Vue mer. Piscine privée, chauffée. Plage de Favone à 5mn à pieds. A 30 mn en voiture de Porto Vecchio. La villa Margaux est traditionnelle et bohème chic à la fois. Les pièces décorées avec soin s’ouvrent sur une terrasse de 140 m2 avec sa piscine et une vue sur la mer Méditerranée et le maquis Corse. Cette villa neuve de 120 m2,de plain-pied se situe dans un quartier luxueux, sur les collines des Hauts de Guardia à Favone. La villa est décorée dans des tons de blancs et beiges, avec des accents bohèmes caractérisés par des matériaux naturels. Vous vous sentirez immédiatement chez vous. Une cuisine intérieure (ouverte sur le salon),disposant de tout le confort moderne : lave-vaisselle(12couverts),réfrigérateur Américain avec congélateur intégré, micro-onde, four pyrolyse, plaque induction, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain. Un coin salon confortable avec télévision s’ouvrant sur la terrasse par une grande baie vitrée. Tous les espaces sont climatisés, avec des commandes individuelles. L’espace extérieur orienté mer, se répartit autour la piscine avec un coin salon extérieur confortable, une table en bois rustique, des chaises longues de luxe en teck.. Une cuisine extérieure de 30m2, entourée d’oliviers et plantes du maquis vous permettra de manger à l’extérieur à n’importe quel moment de la journée, sous une pergola. La cuisine est composée d’éléments en inox, avec évier, une plaque de cuisson, un frigidaire, une plancha Ino et un barbecue à Pelets Weber COUCHAGES Chambre 1 :Suite parentale avec 1 lit de 180x200. Placard intégré. Salle de bain avec douche italienne, baignoire, meuble avec grand vasque et WC. Chambre 2 :1 lit de 180x200(2 lits de 90 séparables) avec placard intégré. Salle de bain attenante, avec sa douche et un meuble vasque. Chambre 3 :1 lit de 160x200 avec placard intégré. Salle de bain composée d’une douche et d’un meuble avec grand vasque. WC indépendant Divers: - Piscine 8mx3m au chlore, chauffée. Equipée d'un volet roulant sur la piscine et d’une alarme détecteur - Terrain 900m2 - Une machine à laver et un sèche linge situés sous la terrasse. - Une table et un fer à repasser. - Un coffre fort (dans la suite parentale) - Un sèche cheveux Le draps et les serviettes de toilette sont fournis. Les serviettes de plage sont en option. Lit bébé et chaise haute sur demande. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Lilyan nous a très bien accueillis et a été très réactive avant et tout au long du séjour. Maison splendide, vue magnifique, pas de vis à vis. La description et les photos correspondent à la réalité. Nous avons passé notre temps entre la terrasse, la piscine et la cuisine extérieure. On peut descendre à la plage facilement à pied. Tout était au top.

A beautiful villa in an incredibly beautiful spot. Really well equipped and in many ways better than the photos. Properly luxurious, not just styled for photos. Lots of usable space, great bathrooms. Pool was immaculate and the deck/terrace a real highlight. Very well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Lilyan was a superb host. Excellent communication and available throughout for recommendations and help. Make sure you have a hire car with a real handbrake and decent power... the road up and drive are VERY steep!

Our stay at Lilyan's house in Favone was nothing short of spectacular! Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully appointed, ensuring both comfort and elegance. The spaciousness of the house provided an ambiance of relaxation throughout our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the outside grill and dining area added a special touch to our outdoor meals. We particularly loved using the smoking grill, which enhanced our culinary experiences. The deck quickly became our favored spot to unwind, with its tranquil setting and views that are even more impressive in person than in photos. Contrary to a previous review, there is no ongoing construction around the property; everything is complete, further enhancing the peaceful and serene environment of the area. Lilyan's hospitality was exemplary. She was always quick to respond and offered a fantastic restaurant recommendation that capped off our trip beautifully. Highly recommended!

The villa is a good 4.5 out of 5. The space was fantastic for a family of 5 and the photos don’t do the villa enough justice. The views are great over the sea and the outdoor eating space very well equipped. Full aircon throughout the property made the very hot afternoons very bearable and made for a pleasant evening sleep. The villa is very well equipped with everything from Nespresso machines through to JBL Base speakers. The beds were comfortable and linen good. Why not a 5? The villa is in a new build area of identical villas and the area is not finished. This is a first season rental (I think we were early renters) and the villa needs bedding in. The drive way is very steep and outside walls not rendered and workmen still on site. Inside pictures need to be hung along with mirrors (no full length mirror in the house) along with other small details which take the edge of what will be a fantastic space when 100% complete. Communication with Lilyan was very good.
