upon check in at 3 we were forced to wait over an hour for check in. get in room . stains on bed sheets , tv remote didn't ork. so tv was stuck on, remote didn't work. frige was not cold. took all night to have a drink get cold. there was a twisted tea box in the window, this was a fix to broken blinds. plugs not readily available , so I pulled night stand out to access the plug. it didn't seem to be cleaned behind the nightstands since 1973. parking lot: there was tons of shady characters roaming the parking lots , not a very safe feeling neighborhood. lock your car. for the price the stay was ghetto to say the least. I would have deffinatly paid the little difference to stay elsewhere

The room and hotel were smelly and unclean. There were shady characters roaming around we didn’t feel very safe. There was trash and garbage strewn around the outside of the room. The cramped lobby area was dirty and smelly As soon as we got into the room it also had a bad snell of mildew , cigarettes and b.o. even though it was a no smoking room. We didn’t even end up staying as it was so bad. No refund or anything.

if you want privacy in Niagara and piece full then this is the best place to stay

AC and Refrigirator are noisy,need to be turned off. Everything else was fine.

Great price point for an in-room jaccuzi and a fantastic location close to the falls. Staff were very friendly!
