This was my first time renting a room on airbnb. The landlord was very nice and taught me many things. I arrived earlier than expected, but the host was very enthusiastic about letting me into the room and helping me arrange a lot of things. The room was really cozy, clean and quiet. I believe I will choose to rent a room here next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Christina. The place is in a great location, quiet, within a 20 min walk to Downton Nanaimo, the harbourfront and several interesting restaurants and cafes. It is also conveniently located near a commercial area (i.e., grocery and drug store). The room is cozy, with blackout curtains, and equipped for guests to make coffee and tea. It was also great to be able to use the kitchen, given that it was a longer stay. Christina makes you feel right at home and comfortable, and is very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend staying at Christina's place.

I enjoyed my stay with Christina. She was always very friendly and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. I especially liked the coffee maker and coffee supplies in my bedroom.
