The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. Virginie was excellent and recommended transfers, rental shops, and ski lessons and so on. The showers were incredibly nice, the ski store was excellent. We had no complaints at all. All instructions for check in and out were clear.

The apartment was beautifully clean and well provided for. The layout works really well for family relaxing. Great location, only 2 mins walk to the Super Morzine Gondola to Avoriaz. Check-in process could be much improved by an email or text rather than an unnecessary hike into town. The front bedrooms were noisy late into the evening and early morning as there is a bus pick-up point outside. Shutters would improve this (there are shutters on the living room). Also there is a new development being constructed next door which had deliveries from before 7am and a very noisy crane! Unfortunately the drains in the family bathroom gave off a constant smell during our stay. A few negative niggles which could easily be solved, otherwise a delightful apartment.

We love Morzine, we have been many times, and we loved the Great Central location of this apartment.
