I had a very lovely stay. I found the place very clean, cozy and in a great location with close proximity to Purdue. You can’t really beat the price too. Probably one of the nicest and most affordable places to stay in the area. I would definitely stay again next time I visit.

The room with the private bath was very nice. Nicely decorated and appointed with desk. The owner and contact people were extremely responsive. This particular place is in an older building that needs work on the outside. They were very much up front about this - and even requested that guests look at pictures prior to booking. Once inside - wholly different place. Attention to decor and really nice looking. I felt very good being there and it is close to Purdue - down the hill by the shopping center with the Buffalo Wild Wings and Mexican restaurant. Easy walk to Nine Irish Brothers! Well worth the price. A hint of smoke smell from prior guests but not overpowering. Not necessarily for a couple as the bed is a bit smaller but as a dad visiting my son at school by myself it was great. I will stay here again.

The inside of the condo was wonderful. Clean, well decorated, comfortable bed, and I loved the individual locks on the rooms. I have stayed here twice before. It is a good value, comfortable, walkable to Purdue and many restaurants/bars. I will stay here again.

This is a great place to stay with very convenient access to Purdue and nearby restaurants.
