This is my second stay with Patrick and Ami. I really enjoy the apartment. It’s clean and cozy. You will have everything you need. I much appreciate the farm fresh eggs. There is some occasional noise from upstairs, but they disclose this in the listing and it’s certainly better than a hotel! I’m sure I will stay again since my daughter has moved to the area.

Great place, amazing location, friendly hosts, and many more amenities than described in the listing. My expectations were exceeded. As a 6’3 individual, some areas were a bit low, and footsteps were somewhat noticeable (as mentioned in the post), but despite that I would 100% book again. The place is just a couple minutes from a great bar. TV can be watched from sofa and bed which was amazing. Good reading material and board games provided. Overall great experience!

Ami and Patrick’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for in a quick overnight in Guelph. They provided a true ‘B&B’ experience by providing the necessities for us to make our own breakfast which was appreciated!
