We had a great stay. Gianfranco was an excellent host. Very kind, and always there for any need. The apartment itself is in very good shape, and was unique with the loft aspect, making the most of the available space, however one must be somewhat mobile accessing the loft. Great location, very quiet part of town, as "main" bologna is a short bus or train ride away. Historic bologna is very nice, a hike/pilgrimage to San Luca is highly recommended. Good hub to easily catch trains/planes to other locales. All needed shops/amenities are within walking distance - including plenty of pizzerias. Great place to stay.

A cosy apartment 15 min by car from Bologna . The host is amazing, he help me with all that I asked. The apartment was clean and the bed really comfortable. There is extra space with closets.

We had a fantastic stay at Gianfranco’s place! He was super friendly and helpful. This air bnb is also walking distance to the Ducati Museum and the Bus to the Bologna City Center is super easy! We highly recommend this cute apartment! Thank you Gianfranco, we really enjoyed our time.
