The host was responsive and kind. The amenities were great. They had great detail in bathroom amenities that made it convenient for travelers. We were welcomed with soft music and complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch. There were a few structural issues, as far and gaps in the doors that left us concerned about insects entering the home, but we forwarded those concerns to the host. The other thing that kind of bummed us out was finding out that there was an extra charge to have the pool heated. I would say if the host didn't put that the pool was heated in the title of the listing, it wouldn't have been as big of a deal. It is close to Bush Gardens, and other local attractions, and very easy to find. There are quiet hours, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the neighbors dogs did not get the memo, so that was a little disappointing at 6AM after a long day of activities. Overall, I would recommend this home/host to others as long as the gaps were repaired in the doors.

We had a great time! Property was clean. Everything was as pictured. Backyard and pool was perfect for the families. Loved having a BBQ to grill too!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The home was clean and comfortable. My children enjoyed the backyard and pool. The host was responsive, friendly, and kind. I would book again when I visit Tampa.

This location was centrally located to all we wanted to do while visiting. The house was very clean and comfortable.
