Overall, the condo is beautiful. Pros: comfortable beds, hot tub and pool, nice amenities, very clean, updated, thoughtful about what we needed. Worth the stay and price if you're here to ski. On city bus line for skiing - not really walkable but that's ok, just don't think it's a ski in/out. The shuttle is a nice offer - just look in advance as wait times can be long. Cons: Patio door does not lock and glass is old and you can't see through a lot of it, and front door deadbolt is almost impossible to lock. One of the TV remotes was dead. Unit not ready at check-in time, though they did offer a $75 refund. I didn't think the offsite check-in would bother us, until the unit was late and we had to leave and come back. I misread that 2 parking spots were allowed (or this changed after I booked it), and I wish they had been more accommodating about it. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail, but the unit itself is very nice.

The check in/check out process is annoying. You have to go to the office for both. It would be nice if you could leave the key and check in items in the unit on the way out. Otherwise the unit is beautiful and has everything you need. You can’t walk to the lifts but there’s a bus stop that will take you there

Updated condo with a 10-15 min walk to the base. We had a great stay.

Somewhat inconvenient check-in/check-out process that involves picking up and dropping off keys at a separate location, unit was not terribly clean. Was otherwise as described, amenities were nice and solid location!

Nice unit. Hard to walk from unit to base, but their shuttle is generally timely if you book it really early. No pool/hot tub towels. Requires you to pick up and drop off keys to their central office, but that is really not possible when using a group shuttle to/from airport. They allowed us to leave keys on kitchen counter but then told us that should not have been allowed.
