This location is perfect for a family or large group getaway.! The home is spacious and with 3 king bedrooms and beach decor it is a pleasant and comfortable home. The multiple decks are wonderful for enjoying the beach views and sunsets. The living room/tv area furniture is in desperate need of replacement but all the other furniture is nice. My biggest problem is with the pool. We specifically chose this location because the pool was heated and sheltered/covered thus giving my grandchildren a chance to have fun even if it was raining. Some time after I booked the owner opted to no longer heat the pool. The consequence was that the pool was so cold it was unusable. I never would have rented this place if I had know this. I don’t know if the warm summer weather alone will warm the pool but if you want to use a pool in the winter or spring you should choose a different place. When you pay this much for a place to stay you expect to be able to use all the amenities.

The location is amazing. We enjoyed our stay for the simple proximity to the beach and the views. For $2k+ per night though we would expect much more. The furnishings were sparse, old, dirty and outdated but most of all very dirty! There are no area rugs anywhere making the place feel not cozy at all. The beds have 2 pillows only. The bedding was stained. Furniture arrangements are not inviting. The whole place could use a deep clean. All the doors have finger stains on them and door handles are sticky. The storage for the beach toys is full of unusable, rusted chairs. There were no instructions anywhere on how to heat and turn on the hot tub/pool. Overall the quality of the place is more what I’d expect in a $600-$700/nte range.
