As, always, we found the house, clean and comfortable. We felt safe and comfortable. Most importantly to us, the host was really helpful and eager to help us with anything we needed, wanting our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the great place to stay. Its exactly what we needed.

From the moment we got to the Airbnb we were treated like an inconvenience. There’s a curfew in Ecuador and our flight came in a little late. Although I understand the manager wasn’t able to come check us in (which is fine I’m use to check in instructions) . I had to call for the code which was given to us wrong the first time. Next issue was the stove. When I called the property manager to ask how to use the stove around 12am he dismissed me, told me he’s going to SLEEP and hung up (not my business!) I called him back to see if I missed his communication but no he was serious about going to bed and not wanting to deal with it because some other lady only knew how to use it. The last straw was the master bedroom AC unit. Since we couldn’t use the stove that night we had to stay with family so we didn’t smell the mold smell until the next day when we slept there. All the rooms have brand new AC units except the master. The host called me “suspicious” and was condescending about it

We have stayed here before, and we will hopefully be able to stay again in the future. The host is very helpful accommodating and kind.
