This is the apartment in the family house in Zadar. It is located on the ground floor of the three story building. It is renewed in 2020, it has 2 bedrooms with double bed, kitchen, living room with adjustable couch, bathroom and a little terrace. Pool is located in the backyard, right in front of the apartment and right beside the grill house, both the grill house and the pool are free to use for our guests! It is a common area and all of our guests are free to use it and must clean after use. This apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood, but still in the vicinity of the various amenities. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house. The apartment itself is open concept designed and has 60m2 in total. Living room (Adjustable sofa 160cm x 200cm, accommodates 1-2), dining room and kitchen (Fully equipped) are one unit, while the bedrooms (2 x Queen bed 160cm x 200 cm, accommodates 4) and the toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment (Check the pictures of the listing). The balcony is oriented directly to the sea, so you can enjoy your sea view! The apartment is fully equipped, it has free WIFI, TV, satellite TV, Air conditioning (in the living room), Induction stove, Oven, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Fridge and Hair Dryer. The Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board are located in the common area and are free to use for our guests of course! Outside of the apartment there are free parking places for our guests in the backyard, Grill House built in rustic dalmatian style and on top of it all, there is a pool and pool beach. All of it is free to use for our guests, and there are more than enough chairs and shades on the beach for our guests. Outdoor shower is right next to the pool. Families and kids are welcome, and if you need a baby crib or high chair - make sure to let us know! It is not hard to reach us - even though precise location is given to the guest, we will provide you the precise directions dependent of the mean of transport that you use. It is not necessary to have a car if you are staying at our place, but of course it helps!
