The apartment offers a very sunny and cozy south-facing balcony and with 110m² a spacious room layout. Combined with the numerous leisure and sports activities in the immediate vicinity, this leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to holiday wishes. In the lovingly furnished apartment on the top floor there is more than enough space for 2-5 people on 110m² of living space. The cozy and sunny living room with a wonderful view of the beautiful mountain landscape has direct access to the large and sunny south-facing balcony with 2 couches and a outside dining table. For a cozy evening, the living room has a tiled stove with a stove bench and a large couch. The 2 bedrooms offer a spacious room layout: One bedroom has a double bed (king size, 1.80m x 2m), a beautiful pine wardrobe and lots of space. The second bedroom has a double bed (queen size, 1.60m x 2m) and a bed with 1.2m x 2m. There is also a spacious wardrobe and a desk. The large and fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area and extra couch offers fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, towels and washing machine, the toilet and a pantry are each an extra separate room. In the basement there is a separate compartment for skis / snowboards or bicycles. Ski boots can also be dried there. And if something should break, we also have a small workshop in the basement. Linen and towels are all provided. Cot and high chair and can be provided at any time. A private parking space for 2 cars is also available directly in front of the house.
