Our group of 7 friends very much enjoyed our stay here. The pics and listing are accurate, so pay attention to the details...for example, the rooms on the main floor (other than bathrooms) are ALL open ceiling. Thankfully our group picked up on this in advance so we knew what we were getting into and we brought earplugs to block out the snorers. :-) Linens, towels and washcloths were all provided, and there were a few basics stocked in the fridge and pantry. We had hoped to enjoy the outdoor area but sadly there was an April snowstorm the weekend we were there, so we instead stayed indoors and played some of the cards and games that were provided. We also enjoyed the free botanical garden access - it snowed during our visit, but it was still beautiful and a nice perk and I'd highly recommend it for anyone who stays. Pro tip: If you want to order alcohol delivery, order direct from Mayfield Liquors.

Great host and location! It’s a very open floorplan and there aren’t any roofs so make sure your group is comfortable with that. Outside of this, it’s an amazing and beautiful spot and great for the price!

We had an excellent accommodation and stay. All descriptions/photos/amenities were exactly as described. It was a very comfortable and spacious house, especially for our group of nine. Kitchen amenities and outdoor areas were a huge bonus. Valissa was a gracious and responsive host, making sure that we had everything we needed. Accommodation is within reasonable driving distance to all of Denver's neighborhoods and attractions.
