Nishan and Ross were extremely helpful and responsive hosts. For the price this is an incredible value and amazing place for an extended-stay in Denver. The house is directly across the street from the Eastlake Nature Preserve, home to an incredible amount of bunny rabbits and other critters. During our 30-day stay, we were treated to a hatching and nesting of 5 baby barn-swallow birds on the front porch. The Safeway grocery store nearby on 120th is great. The kitchen is the most equipped I have ever seen in an Airbnb. This was truly an outstanding stay. The shower in the master bathroom was better than any expensive hotel experience. For the price, I would put this house over any hotel. 20 minutes from downtown Denver, 25 to Eldorado Springs, 30 to Boulder. Amazing! Thank you Ross and Nishan!

Ross and her team is great. This was our 3rd property we rented from Ross. However we faced heating issues almost through out our stay there and it resulted in confusion in our relationship with the host. The Host sent a heating company to assist and they managed to do partial fix and provided us with an electric heater. The December winter storm made matter worse since heating company needed access to roof to fix the heating system 100%. Oh well ,what else I can say... house was nice and clean. Any ways, overall an average stay.
