This unique, fully equipped MJI Retreat townhouse is available to you in the historic center of Wittlich. With approximately 140 sqm, this exceptional townhouse fulfills all requirements and is therefore ideal for singles, couples, or families with high expectations. The townhouse offers two separate 2-bedroom apartments on two floors, providing countless usage possibilities. The townhouse is suitable for a total of up to 6 people, with each apartment accommodating a total of 3 guests. The townhouse is located in a 2022 renovated building of the renowned real estate agency MARVIN JESKE Immobilien. Through a beautiful staircase, you reach the property on the 2nd floor with just a few steps. Here, you will find the entrance to the first apartment. On the 3rd floor or top floor, you will find the second apartment. Upon entering each apartment, you are greeted by an open kitchen and dining area, as well as a long hallway. The kitchen of this property, as well as the bathroom vanity, has been meticulously designed by an architect down to the smallest detail and crafted by a carpenter with precision. The open design of the kitchen, including the dining area with an elegant table, creates a calm and communicative atmosphere. In the living area, you will find a Rolf Benz Freistil couch and a Samsung 65" TV, along with three advantageous windows that flood this area of the apartment with daylight. There is an open passage between the dining area and the living room.
