Andrew’s building is a very beautiful building , the location is super nice . The apartment itself is good and well furnished . But unfortunately : Cleanliness : 1- the bathrooms were not clean 2- the general spaces were not clean 3- the kitchen was not clean 4- the kitchen utensils were not clean Hot Water : 1- day one half the bathrooms did not have hot water 2- day two all the house did not have hot water as building electrician switched off the timer . 3- day 3 hot water was repaired . Just one day before we left . Internet : 1- internet was slow 2- internet did not cover entire apartment . 3- we were promised that internet will be rectified - but nothing happened . 4- for some reason , internet signal went off during teams calls with oversees work colleagues . Beds : 1- over all beds were not comfortable both mattresses and pillows are not comfortable . Also , we had to buy our own toilet paper and tissue . For 181 usd per day the above should have been flawless .

This place has the WOW factor the second you open the door to the apartment from the large space, high end furnishings and the view from the terrace is amazing. Had a slight issue the first day and the owner was so quick at responding to fix the issue would definitely stay here again
