Our private villa is accessed to the main lounge dining area and kitchen via an external staircase. They are located on the 1st floor of the residence. Your first impression is sure to impress you since the combination of stone and wood as well as the spacious spaces are a special feature of luxury and comfort. Upon entering the space from the central staircase (see photo) you will find the monastery dining room on the left while the fully equipped kitchen is on the right. In between the central area you will enjoy our living room with the corner sofa and the coffee table and a view of either your balcony with the private pool, or the possibility to watch your favorite movies on the 40 inches TV. Continuing to the right of the living-dining room you will find a staircase from which we go down to the ground floor of the villa, while you can also go up to the attic where there is a bedroom with a door that closes. The attic bedroom has a sea view, while the WC is also available on the same level. On the ground floor of the residence are the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have a corner bathtub, while the 3rd has a shower. The Master bedroom also has a built-in sitting area with a 26 inches flat screen TV. The villa has 1 large balcony with luxury outdoor furniture, while the pools also have a sheltered area with a large living room and a table to enjoy special moments during your swim. Enjoy your bath in a private area protected by the 2 swimming pools of the villa. The large swimming pool of 40 sq.m. and the small children's pool of 15 sq.m. they have deckchairs and a special textured floor around them to protect the bathers. However, you must be careful not to slip and not to dive head first, as you may get injured. The villa is delivered fully furnished and cleaned using all necessary disinfection measures. There are towels and sheets available as well as selected bathroom items for daily personal use. Security measures: The cleaning is carried out by our trained and permanent staff, while materials and cleaning items prescribed by the health protocols of the state are used. The pool is chlorinated at regularly scheduled intervals and you are informed about intermediate protection during the said procedures. All surfaces and items as well as the kitchen are cleaned and disinfected between guests to ensure your safe stay. Do not allow children to play unaccompanied in the pool or any area. The property is not responsible for any event due to lack of supervision.
