Unfotuntely our recent stay at this villa was not what was promised. We only chose the villa for the amenities promised and mostly the heated pool. But the pool was in a deplorable state and unusuable for over half our holiday due a broken pump stopping the pool from heating. Making it extremely cold. Causing extreme disappointment for our children. The host confiremd that the pool would be useable and warm upon booking and prior to arrival, which was not the case. The two rooms in the basement smelt extremely damp and we found cockroaches in one of the rooms. We also forgot a pair of Airpod Pros upon departure, and have achsed the host to have them returned but they are now not answering us. The host tried to resolve our issues but it took such a long time for them to prioritise us. We are a family of 5, and after the 3rd person had a shower the hot water would run out, plus the shower in the master bedroom was blocked. Overall a very disappoing experience.

The villa is in a great position for the town. The upper floor bedroom is excellent and the ground floor kitchen and dinning room are adequate. The 2 other bedrooms are below ground floor level. The windows are at ground level but are very small and high, and do not let in a lot of light. There is one way down and up to the bedrooms, although smoke alarms are fitted on the level and ground level above. Being in the basement the bathrooms steam up and create a lot of condensation. Having said the above, I didn't give timely notice to rectify the above, although I have no idea what the fix would have been but hopefully the above will have been addressed for future visits.

Fabulous place. Modern, clean and close to everything yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Only let down was the kitchen is very basic and without a number of standard items, and the underground floor where two of the bedrooms are felt damp.

Very nice and private villa, very clean and plenty of space for 6 of us, perfect location within walking distance from everything, and the host Ana was very helpful throughout the whole trip, would definitely recommend!

Great location. Pool is nice after a day of water sports or just to relax by. Nice quiet street, right in town.
