Had a wonderful time. We were able to check in early and the host was very helpfull the entire stay. The view was absolutely incredible. Would definitely recommend :)

Prashant has to be one of the greatest hosts on this platform. He went out of his way to ensure that my stay at his place was as good as possible and I feel comfortable at all times. If you have any issue, just let him know as he’ll do his best to solve it on the spot! Room is as described. Overall a great stay, I’ll come back!

This was my first time with Airbnb and a great start. It's a beautiful home with a full view of the lake. The room was just like the picture, homely and clean. You can enjoy lovely sunsets over the lake from the balcony or the garden. Prashant himself was very friendly and helpful with advice on local sights and treks. Food was simple, home cooked and good. I found it walkable to the mall road, but that may depend on people's ability and inclination to walk. There are lovely bits of greenery and a sunrise view point close to the house with lots of opportunity for bird watching.

Excellent hosting, Prashant went out his way to help us and gave us brilliant instructions and information on Nanital. Meals served were fantastic and explained perfectly. Room was nice and clean, easy to use and comfortable! Would 100% recommend Prashant and his properties.

The stay at Prashant‘s place was lovely. Communication with him was really easy, he was always available and offered us help whenever we needed advice. He and his family made us feel very welcome! The room was was very good and as described in the pictures. The walk hillup to the house was described with pictures ( 700 m upon the hill, with the notice, that the way is quite exhausting- that was true, but Prashant offered us a porter). We got amazing food and could use the garden with view on the lake as well for teabreak, yoga etc. I definitely recommend this place to spend some days. And Nainital is a nice town.
