Cosy, comfortable and convenient. Just off Chapel Street with access to the best shops and restaurants. The mattress and pillows felt firm and supportive. Charli the cat was an absolute delight. And thank you Kate for allowing me to use the house until I had to leave for the airport. I appreciate you! Something to note if you’re fussy - the house is a little creaky because it’s an old building but I’m not particularly sensitive so it didn’t really bother me.

This is definitely one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Prahran is the (hipster) hot spot in Melbourne with a vibrant restaurant and bar culture. I felt right at home at Kate’s place and enjoyed my stay a lot. It takes about 20 minutes to get into the CBD. Cannot recommend this airbnb enough! It was so lovely to meet you, Kate!

What a wonderful stay! We travelled from Sydney to Melbourne to catch the F1 at Albert Park, about a 15-minute walk from Kate's place which was perfect. There are so many yummy restaurants, cool bars & cute cafes nearby but you were far enough from the main street to get a great night's sleep. We didn't use the kitchen much apart from coffee/tea + cereal. Charli the cat was so sweet & chatty which was super cute. Kate was a great host too, very easygoing & welcoming. Thanks again for having us Kate!

We had the best time at Kate’s house. Kate is a wonderful lovely and friendly lady, approachable and easy to talk to but also gives guests space and made us feel so comfortable in the house. The house itself is beautiful with a lovely outdoor area and gorgeous cat Charlie. Location is amazing the trams 2 seconds away and your on chapel street in less than a minute with so many restaurants, cafes, and 27h clubs but still a quiet street with no noise. So sad to leave and will return ! Thanks Kate :)

Kate’s place was in a perfect location for me, close to my favourite yoga studio and a great area for restaurants and cafes. It was a short but very good stay, comfortable bed and everything I might need was provided. I’d happily stay with Kate again when visiting Melbourne
