I fantastic place location wise. Within a few minutes walking from the spa which we were going to for the day and shopping. the only drawback is the fact it is on a fairly busy road quite noisy if you are sleeping downstairs on the sofa bed. if you are able to put up with a bit of traffic noise, it is a fabulous place to go.

Steve’s place was really lovely & set over 3 floors. The decor was fitting with the quirkiness of the building and it was immaculate. There were no issues during our stay but Steve has always been very quick to respond to messages and the info book said someone could be with us in 15 minutes if there were any issues. Lovely bed linen and my 70 year old grandfather was on the sofa bed and said it was the comfiest sofa bed he’d ever slept on! Nice touches like fresh flowers and fruit and shower toiletries in case you had forgotten them. If you’re a light sleeper then the noise outside might be an issue for you but we slept wonderfully. We also had to park in a different long stay car park rather than Charlotte Street as it was rammed (but again, not an issue for us as not a much further walk and you can load/unload car before going off to park). Such a lovely stay- thank you Steve ☺️

This was a very well located and convenient place to stay for us, in the heart of Bath. Unfortunately when we arrived, the cleaning had not been done and there was no clean bedding, but Steve responded very well and sorted the problem out as quickly as possible. We had to wait for an hour or so for the cleaner to do the changeover - but once this was done, to a high standard, we had no other problems. Would return!
