Relax with in the real Little Piece of Heaven. The condominium is 70 meters from the Araruama lagoon, in the Bananeiras neighborhood, close to beautiful kiosks. But the best place is the Ponta das Bananeiras geosite, which can be accessed from the waterfront or from the Lake View Condominium, whose entrance is via the Amaral Peixoto Highway, at km 91. It is one of the fascinating places on the edge of Lagoa de Araruama, from where you have a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sunset. The house has two floors, with the two suites on top and the living room, kitchen, toilet and laundry room downstairs. It is a typically family environment, with a large outdoor area for children to play and run around.

Adorei o espaço. Condomínio seguro. Perto da praia. Dá p fazer caminhada, andar de bicicleta. Arredores bonito. 2 Mercados grandes, razoavelmente perto. Sem barulho. Recomendo o lugar. Agora, para quem gosta de um por-do-sol espetacular, esse é o lugar. Vale muito a pena.

7 km away from the city center, towards Cabo Frio, Prais das Bananeiras is a small strip of sand approximately 1 km long. Its waters are warm and transparent, with the surrounding vegetation formed by casuarinas standing out on its edge. Where there is also a dock for small boats.
Lagoa de Araruama, popularly known, is the largest hypersaline lagoon in the world, and considered the main postcard of the city. Located between kilometer 106 of the Amaral Peixoto Highway and the sandbank of Massambaba, it is one of the greatest natural attractions in the region, in addition to being one of the best lanes in the world for practicing water sports, such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, jetskiing, sailing and stand up paddle. In addition, it has a sidewalk and bike path, beach volleyball and beach soccer courts, food kiosks and gym equipment.
