A two star feel to this accommodation. Noisy neighbourhood in a flat complex with lots of people coming and going as there are various businesses in the building. Main door to flat complex was always open and so it didn’t feel safe from the moment we stepped inside. I checked in and checked out once I saw the flat and got a feel for the place. Although I told the host company about my decision not to stay they ignored my text and only responded when I looked for a refund through Airbnb. If you’re looking for a very basic place this will do. The smell in the complex and flat itself was off putting to me and the flat itself was not as well maintained as the pictures indicated. It didn’t help that I had to request the details for accessing the flat the morning of check in as it wasn’t sent in advance. This company also take a holding deposit of €600 which is a little more unusual on Airbnb. I was very happy to walk away from this place.

Apparemment fraîchement rénovée et c’est très appréciable. Propre et facile d’accès à l’arrivée. Petite point négatif la difficulté pour ce garer, il avait des parkings à proximité mais beaucoup trop chère. Sinon je recommande à 100%.

The location was ideal, making it incredibly easy for us to explore both Cannes and Nice. The apartment itself was charming, clean, and well-equipped. Especially many thanks Inès and Armance for warm hospitality, thoughtful gestures and being such a fantastic host. Your hospitality truly made our trip memorable, and we appreciate the effort you put into ensuring our comfort. We highly recommend your place to anyone looking for a perfect base to explore the French Riviera. We hope to visit again in the future.
