Very helpful host and good communication. The place was clean and an accurate representation of the photos. However, I recommend that better attention is put to the maintenance of the place. The moisture in the ceiling in the main room and the wall in some of the rooms on the second level is not acceptable.

La casa es acogedora, bonita y espaciosa. Sin embargo, está muy descuidada. Adicional, teniendo en cuenta que es una casa para 16 personas, la refrigeradora es muy pequeña, no cuenta con almohadas, si bien es cierto especifican llevar ropa de cama ( las almohadas no fueron especificadas) Por otro lado, el televisor se encontraba sin pago para cable y el jacuzzi demoró en funcionar ( el agua no calentó). La persona de mantenimiento ayudó con las instrucciones para su uso. La casa tiene mucho potencial, espero la puedan mejorar y darle mayor cuidado.

The house was good, I would just like to point out that as stated in the listing - there are no essentials. This means no bed sheets, pillows, towels or TOILET PAPER!! I’m not saying this to make the place seem bad, just don’t want anyone to think there is toilet paper. We asked to get these amenities and Carlos quickly responded and got us what we needed for a small fee. Our one true complaint is that you should not say there is a hot tub if it doesn’t actually get hot. All of this aside, the house was nice and it’s close to Paracas where there are plenty of things to do, and the beach is a very short walk from the house. Overall, we had an amazing time. Carlos is a great host and communicates well.
