I absolutely loved my stay, Place was very clean. The view was beautiful, building staff is very kind. Overall a great experience and I’m glad I chose cloud9 for my stay in Chicago. Will definitely be staying here again :).

This was a GREAT stay. My guests and I really enjoyed the property. So much so we cancelled our restaurant plans and just stayed in and enjoyed the Penthouse, its views and vibe. It was the perfect relaxing stay for my girlfriends relaxing staycation. It was cleaned to perfection (well done!) The amenities in the unit were great too. parking onsite was convenient (but at cost!) Our only challenge was that we were unable to successfully connect to the main TV soundbar via bluetooth but we were able to just use Pandora on the TV for some light dinner music. Also, not a deal breaker but the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was so so. Not bad, just not forceful. I can say this experience will certainly have me utilize Cloud9 listings as my go to option when looking for another airbnb experience.

We had a FANTASTIC stay for a long weekend in Chicago. The penthouse was immaculate, the building amenities were fabulous, and the ease of communication and responsiveness with Cloud9 were superb. The icing on the cake was having the Gallery Cafe in the lobby of the building!
