there is a free blue trolley bus, called "Collins Express" which passes across the street from the green bus station bench on the left to the building, every 15 minutes and will take you to South Beach, the last stop is Lincoln Road mall which is walking distance to all south beach has to offer.
from the same Lincoln Road station you can take it again to come back,
also the station right blow the building, will take you north up to 87th street and Collins, the same "Collins express" blue trolley. on 60th and collins there is a Starbucks, and on 71st-74th and collins there are more restaurants.
also you can get off at the last station north on 85-86 street and walk to Bal Harbor mall on 94th street and Collins, it's a very expansive high end mall but beautiful to walk around. there is a great Italian restaurant in front called carpaccio!
for everything else farther, without a car. we recommend to use LYFT and UBER, which are cheaper then a taxi you can download both to see which has better rate to your destination.

the Guitar shaped
"Seminole Hard Rock Casino", which has everything as restaurants, mall, clubs, and a beautiful casino with many memorabilia pieces all around. we recommend to go in the evening especially on the weekend.
"Aventura Mall": beautiful mall with many great restaurants and stores. on the weekend there is a farmers market with booths also.
"south pointe park": where the beach and bay connect, on 1st street, there is a park, nice beach, and open water fountain for kids and adults to enjoy.
you could try Monty's nearby from 5-7pm for Happy hour with views of the bay!
"Sawgrass mills outlet"
for a lot of shopping of clothes, at lower prices, every brand you could imagine high end and regular brands, we recommend taking an entire day.
