Great place to stay. Matches the description and basic toiletries provided but if staying long you will need to bring your own. Location felt safe even with being near downtown.

A few suggestions as we have been to several AirBNB's, the kitchen is not stocked for a family to cook. There are no hot pads, and definitely need a variety of pots and pans and better working small appliances. More garbage bags and dishwasher tablets would be appreciated. As someone traveling I would not bring that with or go buy a box of them. There also is no dish drainer when you wash dishes by hand or multiple kitchen towels. Surfaces, beds, showers and toilets were clean but the floor was filthy. If you did not wear shoes your socks/bare feet come out black. There was no guest book to sign, and nothing laying around to suggest local attractions or eateries that are amazing. An AirBNB is suppose to be like walking into someone's home and have a personal touch. This just did not have that.

I cannot say enough about the communication and help Foxy Vacations extended to us in our stay at Pensacola. We had some issues with the home we were in with another airbnb and they went above and beyond to make sure we were not left out in the cold. They even allowed for an early check-in to help us out. The home was amazing, spacious and immaculately clean. If I could give more than 5-starts I would!

Our stay was wonderful! We were lucky to find such a great place. It looked exactly like the photos and was gorgeous. Our family of six had plenty of room and we were totally comfortable. The kitchen was a dreamy place to have our Thanksgiving dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The hosts were very responsive and we were able to check in early after a long trip, which we were very appreciative of.
