The Nooks are modern townhomes that are located in the center of the SLC valley which provides quick access to the many activities beaUTAHiful Salt Lake has to offer. This townhome is a great place for your next ski trip with an enclosed garage, 3 bedrooms, and an open living & kitchen area. Located at the end of the complex it offers security & comfort. The home is designed to help our guests clear their minds from the rigors of life. Living Area & Kitchen: The living area and kitchen are on the first level. They are connected in an open design with a fully stocked kitchen. Exterior: The is a small patio that is fenced and located on the main level. Bedrooms: ✷ Master Bedroom - This room has one (1) king-sized bed with an attached master bathroom. There is a large closet. It has access to a back balcony with a view of the mountains. This room is located on the second level ✷ First Bedroom - This room has one (1) queen-sized bed. The closest bathroom is located just outside the room and is a shared bathroom with the other members of your group in the second bedroom. This room is located on the second level. ✷ Second Bedroom - This room has one (1) queen-sized bed. The closest bathroom is located just outside the room and is a shared bathroom with the other members of your group in the first bedroom. This room is located on the second level Bathroom(s) & Laundry: ✷ Master bath - This bathroom has a double vanity with an emperor shower with double shower heads. It is a private bathroom found in the master bedroom. The toilet has a closed door. ✷ Upstairs Bathroom - This bathroom is located on the second level and is a shared bathroom for all your guests staying in the bedrooms with queen beds. Stayed here for 1 month and really enjoyed my stay. The place matches the photos and everything was super clean and new. Conmigo was very good at communicating and making sure everything was up to my standards. I would stay here again absolutely.
Great townhouse in a great location - the first floor can get a little cold but definitely manageable and besides that no complaints. Spacious and new.
The support staff is wonderful and responsive, we had many random issues and they were always good to communicate through the app. I did try calling them when we were locked out due to a power outage (they don’t leave you a physical key, and no door code so you can only use the garage. The garage doesn’t work when the power is out) and the phone number provided answers and then hangs up on you. The kitchen is hardly adequate, we had to complain about that so they would bring over basic supplies. The wine glasses were left by other guests and me. The ground floor, hanging out area, is cold. This isn’t the owners fault, it’s a flaw with construction, but there aren’t any throw blankets to keep you warm. We spent over $100 just to make ourselves comfortable. The location is central, and there is plenty of space to spread out.
Great place to stay! Clean and quick access to freeway. Great if your coming into town for business and plenty of space if you are coming for fun with a lot of winter gear. Having access to the garage is a big plus!
Would definitely recommend! It was the perfect size and location for our trip. Very clean and comfortable. We had one maintenance issue that was quickly resolved, the host was easy to work with and responded promptly.
