We enjoyed our stay at Pat's apartment. The decor was perfect for us, and the location was excellent. Travis, the property manager, was always very responsive as well.

Great location. Good communication with host and property manager. Beautiful views. We saw deer from the yard several times. We used the front door when we first got there but that was a bit awkward because it’s the property managers residence when u walk in. Then used the stairs to the downstairs apt. The rest of the time we went down the side grass to the back, which is steep and the grass was wet at times. Very spacious like the pictures. Jack and jill like bathroom between kitchen and back bedroom. Hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, bath soap not provided as indicated. Issues with tv in back bedroom. Served our needs from Sun-Fri.

I chose this place based on good reviews and the uniqueness. The animals did not disappoint. Check-in was simple. However good review ends there. We arrived after 10 PM. The first thing I noticed was that the dishwasher was running and still had two hours on the cycle. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. My husband hopped in shower and immediately informed me there was hair in the shower. It was not ours. Thankfully we had our own toiletries. After a search I found 3 towels in the dryer. I immediately called Travis (upstairs resident) to inquire about cleanliness of sheets. He assured me they had been washed, so I was able to sleep a little. The other adult in our party said his bed was like sleeping on plywood. My husband cleaned the shower before I even saw it due to my gag reflex with other people’s filth. The light of day did no favors for the carpet or floor. Previous guests apparently were big Cheeto fans, as they were found in every room. No broom/vacuum had been used.
