I had a family emergency and May was kind to arrange an early check out from my monthly stay under the condition that she would prorate a refund for the remaining days for which another person had booked the stay during this period. After check out, she bailed and was trying to dismiss my request of a fair refund. Now, I'm have filed a case resolution to involve Airbnb. This 1-star review is a gentle reminder to May for what kind of person she wants her kids to become.

Nice condo, had a great stay there. The area is very local. I barely saw any foreigners or signs in English in the area. There are a few local cafes and restaurants nearby. Things to note: * There's no separation between the shower and the toilet, so you need to wipe the floor afterward with the mop (and even then it doesn't fully dry) * The isolation between the apartment and the staircase isn't very strong, so you hear what's going on on the staircase and vice versa (not that there was much noise) * No dryer or any other facility to dry your clothes. There's a dryer on the first floor (for 30 baht), but it didn't do a great job * No door between the living room and the bedroom, only an opening between the rooms (as you can see in the picture)

We enjoyed our stay. Positives: Good, stable internet - 300+ mbps. Space worked well for us, all still feels and looks new. Quiet building. Location is between 2 major shopping malls which can be walked to or Grab will take you there for less than 90 baht. Negatives: Only thing to point is the room is on the 4th floor which means stairs which may be an issue for some.
